When Scott Powell acquired Elk River Ford-Mercury in 1983 he brought with him an old fashioned idea. The dealership has grown tremendously since then. In 1989, Mr. Powell purchased the Chrysler Dodge franchise’s and in 1998 added the Jeep line.
